Everything important should be in front of you on a single screen. Gauge was created with this idea in mind.
For example, you should never have to navigate to a different menu, or a screen, just to change from draft to bottled beer. The same applies to other types of drinks. And there should definitely never be a reason for you to keep track of a confusing list.
